How to use Reorder PDF Pages

  1. 1Add your PDF and wait for the thumbnails.
  2. 2Drag a page to its new position, or use the arrows under each page to move it one step.
  3. 3Use Reverse order for documents scanned back to front. Labels show each page's original number.
  4. 4Click Save new page order and download the PDF.

Keeps your document intact

Pages are moved inside the same document instead of being copied into a new one. That means bookmarks, internal links, form fields and document properties are preserved, and the content is never re-rendered.

Tips for long documents

  • The label under each moved page reads like 3 (was 7), so you can check your work at a glance.
  • Reverse order fixes stacks that went through a scanner upside down.
  • Need to remove pages too? Use Delete PDF Pages first, then reorder.

Privacy

Everything happens in your browser. Your PDF is never sent anywhere, and you can close the tab to discard it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reorder pages on a phone?

Yes. Dragging depends on the browser, so use the left and right arrow buttons under each thumbnail, which work everywhere.

Will links and bookmarks still work?

Yes. The pages are rearranged inside the original document, so bookmarks and links keep pointing to the right pages.

How do I reverse the page order of a PDF?

Click Reverse order, then Save new page order.

Does reordering change the quality?

No. Pages are moved, not re-rendered, so quality and file size stay the same.
