UtilityNest provides free tools that run in your web browser. We may add, change or remove tools at any time. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

2. Your files and your responsibility

Files you process stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to use, convert or modify them. Don't use the tools for anything illegal, including removing protection from documents you are not authorized to access. The Unlock PDF tool, for example, is meant for files whose password you already know.

3. Keep your originals

We work hard to make every tool accurate, but conversions can fail or produce unexpected results, especially with damaged or unusual files. Always keep a copy of your original file and check the result before relying on it.

4. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UtilityNest is not liable for any loss of data, profits or other damages arising from your use of the site.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or interfere with the ads that keep it free.

6. Third-party content

The site shows ads and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
