How to use PDF to JPG
- 1Add your PDF.
- 2Choose JPG or PNG and a resolution: 72, 150, 200 or 300 DPI.
- 3Optionally type a page range such as 1-3, 7, and set the JPG quality.
- 4Click Convert, then download single images or all of them as a ZIP.
Choosing format and resolution
- JPG gives small files and suits pages with photos.
- PNG is lossless and keeps text and line art crisp.
- 150 DPI is right for screens and documents; 300 DPI is print quality. An A4 page at 300 DPI is about 2480 by 3508 pixels.
Handy details
Images are named with zero-padded page numbers, like report-page-01.jpg, so they sort correctly. Sizes are shown under every image and the ZIP button shows the total. You can stop a long conversion at any time and keep the pages already done.
Privacy and limits
Pages are rendered by your browser and never uploaded. Very large pages such as posters are scaled to stay within the browser's canvas size limit.
