Reporting a problem with a tool
To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- The tool's name or page address
- Your browser and device, for example "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone"
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- The file type and roughly how large the file was
Please don't email us the file itself unless it contains nothing private. Because our tools run in your browser, we never see the files you process, so we can't look them up on our side.
